Shanghai Kind-water Preservation Fresh TECH Co., Ltd.

 

Shanghai Kind-water Preservation Fresh TECH Co., Ltd. was established in March 2008. It is a technology driven private enterprise specializing in vacuum storage, vacuum pre cooling, vacuum cold fresh chain equipment and preservation technology. It is registered in Fengxian Park, Lingang New Area, Shanghai. All equipment products are independently researched and developed, and preservation effect tests are independently planned and implemented. The hypobaric storage and preservation technology is currently at the international advanced level, and the vacuum pre cooling preservation technology is at the advanced level in China. It is currently in the advanced position both domestically and internationally in certain aspects of theoretical and practical cognition such as initial processing of agricultural products in production areas, preservation of prefabricated vegetables (fresh cut vegetables), and vacuum preservation chains. The application of the company's technical equipment in both military and civilian markets has been recognized and praised by customers. The company has over 10 patent certificates and has participated in multiple national and provincial research projects. The company was awarded the first prize certificate of the Jiangsu Provincial Agricultural Harvest Award in 2018 and the second prize certificate of the National Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, and Fisheries Harvest Award by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2019.

The company will continue to promote the industrialization and large-scale application of the "Shangshan Fresh" vacuum cold fresh chain technology equipment with hypobaric storage as the core, leverage its own technological advantages, and make greater contributions to the safety, quality assurance, freshness, efficiency, environmental protection, low-carbon, and low consumption logistics circulation of fresh products, prefabricated vegetables, and cooked food. It is committed to promoting hypobaric storage and preservation technology to benefit human society.

Founder of the company Xianzhang Zheng


Xianzhang Zheng graduated from the aircraft design and manufacturing major of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (now Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics), a visiting scholar of Virginia Tech, a senior member of China Refrigeration Society and China agricultural engineering Society, and a member of the International Society for Mushroom Science postharvest working group. Develop and design vacuum preservation equipment, study the post harvest physiology and pathology of fresh horticultural products related to preservation, stress cell biology, food preservation related to preservation, and focus on the entire preservation chain research of fresh product circulation, committed to promoting its commercial application.

American Scientists Dr. Stanley P. Burg

 

It is universally recognized that Dr. Burg from Harvard University in the United States invented the hypobaric storage technology, abbreviated as LP in English. Dr. Burg has been a technical consultant for our company for a long time. Burg provided selfless and direct assistance in the key process of our company's research and development of hypobaric storage technology equipment, and co published two academic articles with our company's founder Zheng Xianzhang. Burg devoted his entire life to hypobaric storage, from theoretical research to the commercial application of hypobaric refrigerated containers for rail sea intermodal transportation. He has been persistent for decades and has achieved great success in the US market.

Lijing Lin, Ph.D., researcher, and member of the Xinjiang Aid Corps of the Central Organization Department. Special Commissioner for Rural Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, leading talent of Hainan Province, leader of agricultural product processing and storage engineering discipline of tropical agriculture discipline system, young top talent of tropical agriculture, director of Leisure Food Processing Technology Branch of food science Technology Society, and expert in processing position of longan industry innovation team of modern agricultural industry technology system of Guangdong Province. Mainly engaged in the research and development of agricultural product processing application technology, presided over 11 projects such as special projects in public welfare industries. Published 48 papers as D - author or corresponding author; Compile 2 monographs; Develop 6 enterprise standards. 29 authorized patents, 5 invention patents from the first inventor, 2 utility model patents, and 2 conversions. Kan Ankang, Ph.D., postdoctoral, and senior engineer. Senior member of the China Refrigeration Society, Vice Chairman of the Auxiliary Machinery Subcommittee of the China Shipbuilding Society, and Director of the Insulation Materials Subcommittee of the China Silicate Society. Published over 30 academic papers in important academic journals, including more than 10 SCI/EI searches, applied for and obtained 8 national invention patents, and 24 utility model patents. In recent years, I have led and participated in the completion of multiple national and provincial level projects such as the Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, Postdoctoral Fund, Ministry of Transportation, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and Shanghai Education Commission.
