The hypobaric storage room (vacuum chamber) is fixed in the insulation enclosure (cold storage), with supporting machines such as vacuum pumps, refrigeration units, and other units on the left side of the cold storage, and a touch screen near the cold storage door.
The volume of the vacuum storage room is 50m3, and the vacuum chamber board and sealing door board are both SUS 304.

1. Hypobaric storage room

1.1 The type of hypobaric storage technology is continuous pumping type: continuous pumping, continuous humidification, and continuous ventilation "three consecutive" simultaneous operation technology. Under the "three consecutive" simultaneous operating conditions, the minimum working pressure of the vacuum chamber can reach 500Pa, and its average pressure fluctuation is not more than ± 50Pa. The relative humidity can reach over 90%, and the minimum temperature is 0.5 ℃.

1.2 Implement human-machine dialogue on a color touch screen, set pressure, temperature, storage time, and display pressure, temperature, and storage time.

1.3 The volume of the vacuum storage room is 50m3, and the vacuum chamber board and sealing door board are both SUS 304.

1.4 Easy to operate, similar to a cold storage. After setting the pressure and temperature, press "Start" and vacuum, cool, humidify, and exchange air automatically according to the program. Press "Open" and external air gradually enters the vacuum storage room, ultimately balancing the internal and external pressure and opening the sealed door.

1.5 After the machine is running, it will automatically shut down when it reaches the lower limit of the set temperature value, similar to the cold storage. When the temperature rises to the upper limit of the set value, it will automatically run to lower the temperature; When the set pressure value is reached, one of the two vacuum pumps shuts down and the other continuously operates, with slight fluctuations in pressure near the set value.

2. Cold storage

The library board is a sandwich board with a triangular corrugated color steel plate on the surface, hard polyurethane at the center, and a thickness of 75mm, with a fire resistance rating of B2.

3. Power supply and working environment

380V, 50Hz, with a total installed power of 14.55kW. Temperature: 0-38 ℃, relative humidity<90%.
