Burg is an American scientist, creator of the theory and technology of hypobaric storage. Since February 2005, we have had close contact with Zheng Xianzhang. This article is included in the chronicle of the development of hypobaric storage in the "Hypobaric Storage in Food Industry: Advance in Application and Theory" (Stanley P. Burg, Elseview, 2014).
