At the invitation of our founder Zheng Xianzhang, Professor Xie Jing, Dean of the School of Food, Shanghai Ocean University, visited our company on June 9, 2023. Both sides exchanged ideas on the preservation technology of aquatic products and conducted meaningful discussions on the application of vacuum storage preservation in the field of aquatic product preservation. Teacher Xie Jing and her team have recently won the second prize of the Shanghai Technology Invention Award. For many years, Professor Xie Jing has been paying attention to the research and application of our company's technology in the field of vacuum storage. Teacher Xie Jing is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Ocean University, the dean of the School of Food Science of Shanghai Ocean University, and the leader of Food science and engineering plateau discipline in Shanghai. Her main research direction is food refrigeration engineering. He also serves as the Executive Deputy Director of the Shanghai Aquatic Product Processing and Storage Engineering Technology Research Center, Deputy Director of the Aquatic Product Quality, Safety, Storage and Preservation Risk Assessment Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture, and Director of the Green Cold Chain Experimental Research Center. Member of the 7th Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, National "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" Science and Technology Innovation Leading Talent, Selected Expert of the National Hundred and Ten Thousand Talents Project, Young and middle-aged Innovation Leading Talent of the Ministry of Science and Technology, enjoying special subsidies from the State Council government, Shanghai Shuguang Scholar, Shanghai Excellent Discipline Leader, and Shanghai Leading Talent.
