ZLG5 Vacuum precooler for fruits and vegetables

The vacuum chamber has a volume of 5m3 and is integral. The dimensions of the vacuum chamber (length * width * height) are 2600 * 1400 * 1375 mm.
A batch of cooled green leafy vegetables is about 500kg, and the cooling time to 3 ℃ after harvesting should not exceed 30 minutes.
Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, total power 22kW. Air source: pressure 0.5~0.8MPa, flow rate not less than 120 liters/minute. A compressed air source can be used for the modified atmosphere packaging machine.

Ⅰ.Main performance

1. The vacuum chamber has a volume of 5m3 and is integral. The dimensions of the vacuum chamber (length * width * height) are 2600 * 1400 * 1375 mm.

2. A batch of cooled green leafy vegetables is about 500kg, and the cooling time to 3 ℃ after harvesting should not exceed 30 minutes.

3. The entire machine consists of two parts: a vacuum chamber and a supporting machine. The two are connected through pipelines.

4. The shell of the vacuum chamber, door panels, as well as their outer packaging and vacuum pipes, are all made of SUS304 steel.

5. All reinforcing ribs are made of Q235A high-quality carbon steel, and the outer surface is coated with anti rust and environmentally friendly paint.

6. Equipped with artificial intelligence function. Conduct human-machine dialogue on the touch screen to set the pre cooling temperature. After the machine is powered on, the signal light is yellow, green during operation, and red when a malfunction occurs. At the set cooling temperature, the machine automatically stops and emits an audible signal. No personnel are required to be on duty during operation. People who can use mobile phones can learn to operate it in just over 10 minutes, which is almost unrelated to their cultural level.

8. Supporting conditions

1) Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, total power 22kW.

2) Air source: pressure 0.5~0.8MPa, flow rate not less than 120 liters/minute. A compressed air source can be used for the modified atmosphere packaging machine.

II. Main Configuration

1. Rotary vane vacuum pump, produced by German company Oerlikon Leybold, air cooled.

2. Refrigeration compressor, produced by Copeland Company in the United States, with air cooling. The main refrigeration components such as expansion valves and solenoid valves are products of Danfoss Company in Denmark.

3. PLC is a product of OMRON Corporation in Japan.

4. The sealing strip is a special material that can be used for a long time without aging. The cross-section is triangular and embedded in the T-shaped sealing groove, which is not easy to fall off. The sealing strip is produced by a professional company in Shanghai.
